Angela Kuonath (born Neff) has been working as a research assistant, post-doctoral researcher and trainer at the Center for Leadership and People Management since 2013. From 2013 to 2017, she was head of the multiplier project funded within the framework of "Lehre@LMU", which was affiliated with the CLPM until 2020. Since then she has been providing support particularly in the area of finance, research supervision and coordination. In addition, she holds the deputy leadership position together with Dr. Melissa Hehnen.

After studying psychology at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg with a focus on human resource management, she completed her doctorate at the University of Konstanz on the topic of "Transfer of job-related self-evaluations in working couples".
